Monday – Friday (Weekends OFF)
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$15-$16/hour
Position Overview:
Responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are prepared, baked, and packaged efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
- Mix and prepare products according to established recipes and procedures.
- Operate and monitor mixing and portioning equipment.
- Load and unload ovens safely and efficiently,
- Package finished products according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or food production experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of mixing and portioning equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
