About the Job:
The Store Manager position is for our Fort Lauderdale location. The Store Manager will oversee the daily activities and sales, staff schedules, inventory, cash management, and employee training.
Requirements:
- Must have previous management experience.
- Must know how to schedule staff.
- Be willing to train new staff.
- Have excellent customer service.
- Have retail food experience.
- Food Manager Certified or be willing to get certified within 30 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Hire staff.
- Responsible for ordering products and paper goods and keeping inventory fresh and well-stocked.
- Follow our systems and protocols.
- Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Show up on time and set a good example for fellow staff.
- Know how to decorate, slice, and display baked goods correctly.
- Must learn all products and descriptions.
- Know how to upsell and motivate the team to hit sales goals.
- Keep the store clean and ready for business at all times.
