We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume baking environment to join our production team.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday (Weekends OFF)
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$15-$16/hour

Position Overview:
Responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are prepared, baked, and packaged efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
Mix and prepare products according to established recipes and procedures.
Operate and monitor mixing and portioning equipment.
Load and unload ovens safely and efficiently,
Package finished products according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or food production experience preferred.
Basic understanding of mixing and portioning equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
